Role: Customer Service representative
Description: The customer service representative will be responsible for supporting NAT students and members, proactively and reactively, via email, chat, and scheduled phone calls/zoom meetings.
You will provide product information, access information, and help the customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry.
Job Type: Part-Time, 10 hours weekly
Location: Remote (US, UK or EU time zones)
Teaching Faculty Posts
We are currently seeking to expand our team of online educators and mentors for the coming year.
You will need to be able to commit up to 20-70 hours a month. You will also need to be passionate about teaching or mentoring, and hopefully experienced and comfortable with working online via video conferencing.
Role: Educator / Mentor
Description: Successfull candidates will be expected to create and present classes online. In addition to their professional expertise, the candidate will need to be familair with the requirements and dynamics of the virtual classroom and be comfortable teaching or mentoring remotely.
Job Type: Flexi-time, 20-70 hours monthly
Community / Social Media Manager
Description: The community and social media manager will be responsible for interacting and engaging with our audience on multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok).
We are looking for a creative individual with fresh ideas on how to interact with our audience. The individual will be responsible for building and managing online communities and empowering the NAT brand while driving user engagement.
