Ordering and Accessing Courses

How do I place an order?

Browse our course categories, choose the course or courses you would like to purchase, and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, go to your cart and select Check Out.

You will be asked to enter your customer details and payment information. For faster checkout, you may also be able to use Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions for creating or accessing your customer account.

Where can I find my course?

Log in using the same email address you used when purchasing your course. Once logged in, click the account icon in the top right corner to open your account page.

From the left-hand menu, select My Courses. Your enrolled courses should appear there. Please make sure the search bar is empty, as text in the search field may hide courses from view.

How do I create a customer account?

Creating a customer account is free. Your account allows you to access your purchased courses, course materials, exams, and certificates.

You can sign in using the email address connected with your purchase or membership.

What is included when I purchase a course?

Each NAT course includes a structured online learning experience. Depending on the course, this may include video tutorials, lecture content, hands-on demonstrations, companion lessons, downloadable workbooks or course notes, lesson quizzes, a final exam, and a certificate of completion.

The depth of the materials varies by course and reflects the number of CE/CPD hours awarded. All digital course components are accessed through your online account.

What do I receive with the Digital Edition?

The Digital Edition includes lifetime online access to the course materials, including course text, workbook or notes, video tutorials where applicable, online exam, and certificate.

Downloadable materials such as course texts, workbooks, and presentations may be saved and printed locally. When a course is updated, you will also benefit from any revised or additional digital materials added to that course.

What do I receive with the Print Edition?

Where available, the Print Edition includes everything provided with the Digital Edition, plus a printed copy of the main course text.

Please note that we no longer send DVDs. Video tutorials are provided online and may be viewed through your account.

Are CEU webinars live?

Yes. Our webinars are delivered live, allowing you to learn directly from the instructor and interact where the format allows.

If you cannot attend live, the recording is normally uploaded within 24 hours. You will receive lifetime access to the recording, workbook, slides, transcripts, and any other learning materials included with the webinar.

Can I register for a webinar if I cannot attend live?

Yes. You may register even if you cannot attend the live session. The recording is normally added to the course page within 24 hours, and you will have lifetime access to the learning materials.

You can complete the course and exam online to earn your CE/CPD certificate.

What are NAT Diploma Courses?

NAT Diploma Courses are comprehensive online programs focused on a specific area of clinical, therapeutic, or professional practice.

They are taught by experienced instructors and subject-matter experts. Upon completion, you will receive an NAT Diploma recognizing your advanced continuing education in that subject area.

What currency will I be charged in?

In many cases, you can pay in your local currency. You can use the location selector in the website header or footer to check available currency options.

If your local currency is not displayed, your order will be charged in US dollars.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are usually unable to amend or cancel it immediately through the checkout system.

If you have made a mistake or need help with an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nielasher.com. Our team will review the situation and advise you on the best available option.

Exams, Certificates, and CE/CPD

Where do I take my exam?

Your exam is located inside your course module. Log in to your account, go to My Courses, open the relevant course, and follow the course lessons through to the exam section.

Most exams are multiple-choice and completed online.

What is the pass mark?

Unless otherwise stated, the pass mark for NAT course exams is 70%.

When do I receive my certificate?

Once you pass the exam, the certificate module will unlock beneath the exam section. Enter your name and completion date, and your downloadable PDF certificate will be generated automatically.

What information appears on my certificate?

Your certificate includes your name, the course title, completion date, CE/CPD hours awarded, and relevant provider information.

Can I use these CE/CPD hours to renew my professional license?

Many NAT courses are approved for continuing education and may be used for professional license renewal, depending on your profession, location, and licensing board requirements.

Because CE acceptance can vary by state, country, profession, and board, we recommend checking our CE Finder and confirming any specific renewal requirements with your licensing authority.

Do you report CE hours to CE Broker?

Niel Asher Education is an approved CE Broker provider. We report eligible course completions for professions and states that use CE Broker for license renewal.

Courses may also be searchable in CE Broker by course name, approval number, or provider listing. In some cases, students may self-report using the information shown on their certificate.

CE Broker categories and acceptance rules can vary by board, profession, and state, so please check your specific requirements before relying on a course for renewal.

Are your courses approved by my professional association?

Many NAT courses are approved for massage therapists, manual therapists, athletic trainers, chiropractors, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, PTAs, and other qualified healthcare, rehabilitation, and exercise professionals.

NAT Global Campus Membership

What does NAT Global Campus Membership include?

NAT Global Campus Membership gives active members unlimited online access to our continuing education course catalog, with new courses added regularly.

Courses typically include video tutorials, course notes or workbooks, online exams, and certificates for CE/CPD completion. Membership is fully online, so you can study at your own pace and on your own schedule.

We also offer a 7-day free trial so you can explore the platform before committing.

Who can apply for NAT Global Campus Membership?

NAT Global Campus Membership is intended for qualified hands-on therapists, healthcare professionals, rehabilitation professionals, and exercise professionals.

This may include massage therapists, manual therapists, physical therapists, PTAs, occupational therapists, OTAs, chiropractors, osteopaths, athletic trainers, nurses, medical doctors, reflexologists, strength and conditioning coaches, yoga instructors, Pilates instructors, and personal trainers.

Do I need an account to access my membership?

Yes. You will need a customer account to access your membership and course materials. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one when you purchase your membership.

As long as your membership remains active, you can log in with your nielasher.com account details to access the members area.

How do I access my membership?

Log in to your account and select NAT Global Campus Members from your account page. From there, you can access the members area and available course materials.

If this is your first time using the membership, please create your account before attempting to log in.

How do I add members to a group plan?

To add members to a small or large group membership plan, email each additional member’s name and email address to support@nielasher.com.

Our team will create access for each member and send instructions for setting up their account and using the NAT Global Campus platform.

Are scholarships, grants, or financial aid available?

Niel Asher Education is committed to making continuing professional education more accessible. We have awarded partial and full scholarships to thousands of students.

Students may submit a single application to be considered for available NAT Global Campus scholarship opportunities. Awards may depend on eligibility, available funding, sponsor criteria, location, professional background, academic status, military status, or other relevant factors.

All scholarships are awarded at the sole discretion of Niel Asher Education.

How do I manage payment for my membership?

Log in to your account and go to your account page. From the left-hand menu, select Manage Membership.

From there, you can update billing details or make changes to your membership plan.

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your physical item has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information where available.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship physical products to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs may apply and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

You may be charged customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges on physical products shipped to you. These charges depend on the destination country, product value, and local import rules.

Most physical products are shipped from the USA or UK. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

We do everything we can to ensure physical orders arrive safely and as quickly as possible. We work with trusted fulfillment partners and major carriers to provide reliable shipping.

If your order has not arrived or appears delayed, please contact us through the website or email support@nielasher.com. We aim to respond within one working day and will help resolve the issue.

Troubleshooting

Can I access my course on a mobile device?

Yes. Our virtual classroom can be accessed on a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

For the best experience, especially when watching longer lessons or completing exams, we recommend using a desktop, laptop, or tablet where possible.

I am having trouble viewing or downloading course materials. What should I do?

If you are having trouble viewing videos or downloading materials, please try clearing your browser cookies and cache, checking your internet connection, refreshing the page, or restarting your device.

Workbook materials are usually located inside the Workbook Module tab of your course. Beneath the workbook viewer, you should see icons that allow you to print or download the workbook directly to your device.
