Ordering and Accessing Courses

How do I place an Order in your store?

Browse our course categories and select the course(s) you wish to purchase. Click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to your Cart and select “Check Out.” You’ll be prompted to enter your customer information and payment method.

For faster checkout, you can also use Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a prompt to create your account.

Where is my Course(s)?

To access your courses, log in to our website using the same email address you used at purchase. Once logged in, click the account icon in the top right corner to open your Account Page.

On the left-hand toolbar, select “My Courses.” All your enrolled courses will appear there. Be sure the search bar is empty, as any text in the search field can hide some courses from view.

How do I create a Customer Account?

Creating a customer account is free.

What am I getting with my purchase of a Course?

Each NAT course includes a combination of educational videos (lecture and/or hands-on demonstration), a downloadable workbook, a skill-assessment exam, and a certificate of completion awarding CEUs once you complete the course.

The length and depth of the video lessons and workbook materials vary by course and correspond to the number of CE hours awarded. All course components are accessible online through your account page.

What do I receive with the Digital Edition of a course?

The digital edition of a course includes lifetime access to all of the course material (course text, video tutorials where applicable and online exam and certification).

The course text, workbooks, and presentations may be downloaded and printed locally.

When the course is reviewed and upgraded, you will benefit from any updated or additional material.

What do I receive with the Print Edition of a course?

The print edition of a course (where available) includes everything you receive with the digital edition plus we will send you the main course text in print. 

We no longer send DVDs of the video tutorials which can be viewed online or downloaded to any device.

Are the CEU Webinars live? 

Yes! Our webinars are fully live, allowing you to interact with the instructor and other therapists in real time. If you’re unable to attend, the recording is uploaded within 24 hours, and you receive lifetime access to the video recordings, downloadable workbook, and any other learning materials used during the webinar sessions. You can access all webinar materials at any time through your account page.

I can’t make the Webinar live stream, can I still register?

Yes. You can still register for the webinar even if you can’t attend live. The recording is uploaded within 24 hours to the course page, and you’ll have lifetime access to the video, workbook, transcript, and any slides used.

All materials are available anytime through your account page, and you can complete the exam to earn your CEUs.

What are NAT Diploma Courses?

NAT Diploma Courses are comprehensive online programs taught by highly esteemed instructors and subject-matter experts.

Upon completion, you’ll earn an NAT Diploma (AMT/TPT/SMT/ITCM/APT/MCT), recognizing that you’ve completed rigorous continuing education in a specific area of clinical or therapeutic practice.

This diploma can be proudly displayed to clients as evidence of your advanced training and professional commitment.

In what currency will I be charged for my order?

In most cases you should be able to pay in your local currency. If necessary, please use the location selector in the header or footer of this website. If your local currency is not displayed, all transactions will be charged in US$.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred item or return for a refund.

Exams, Certifications, CEUs

Where do I take my exam?

You can take your exam directly through your course module. Simply log in to your account and select the “My Courses” tab to access your course. Exams are located at the end of the module and are multiple-choice.

What is the pass mark for the exam?

The pass mark for every exam (unless stated otherwise) is 70%.

When do I get my certificate?

Once you successfully pass the exam (70%), the Certificate Module will unlock directly beneath your exam tab. Enter your name and date, and your downloadable PDF certificate will be automatically generated.

What information is on my Certificate?

Your certificate includes your name, the name of the course, your date of completion, the CEU hours awarded, and our official provider numbers.

Can I use these CEUs to renew my Professional License?

Yes! The courses award recognized CEUs that can be used for license renewal. Please refer to our [CE Finder] for state-specific requirements, as CE acceptance and hour requirements vary by licensing board.

We also recommend keeping your certificates on file in case your board requests documentation during an audit.

Do you report CEUs to CE Broker?

We are an approved CE Broker provider (#50-21451), and we report CEUs for eligible professions and states that utilize CE Broker for license renewal. All courses are searchable in CE Broker by name, approval number, or through our provider listing. Students may also self-report using the certificate details provided.

CE Broker accepts courses under categories such as General, Hands-On, and Anatomy, and acceptance may vary by state, profession, and Board requirements. We recommend verifying the CE category your state mandates before relying on a specific course for renewal.

We currently report CEUs in CE Broker for OTs in Alabama, Arizona, and Georgia; PTs in Arizona, Arkansas, and Kansas; Athletic Trainers in Wisconsin, Tennessee, Florida, Kansas, Michigan, and Louisiana; Nurses in North Dakota and Georgia; and Massage Therapists in Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New Hampshire, Tennessee, and South Carolina.

For specific CE rules or renewal requirements, please contact your state licensing board or CE Broker directly.

Are courses approved for Massage Therapy CEUs?

Yes. More than 120 courses are approved for Massage Therapy CEUs and meet NCBTMB (Provider #574) requirements for continuing education.

What does the NAT Membership include?

All student membership plans include unlimited access to career boosting education online, with new courses added each month!

Who may apply for the NAT Membership?

In order to qualify for NAT membership you will need to be certified to practice as a hands-on therapist, physical therapist, massage therapist or qualifying healthcare worker or exercise professional. This may include the following professions:

Medical Doctor, Nurse, Massage Therapist, Manual Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, PTA, Occupational Therapist, OTA, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Athletic Trainer, Reflexologist, Strength and Conditioning Coach; Yoga Instructor; Pilates Instructor; Personal Trainer.

All plans include unlimited access to all course assets including exams and certification.

Do I need an account to access my membership?

Yes. If you don't already have an account you will be prompted to set one up when you purchase your membership.

So long as your membership is active you will be able to access the members area and all course material with your nielasher.com account details.

How do I access my membership?

If you have an active subscription all you have to do is login to your account and click on the “NAT Global Campus Members”.

You will be able to easily access the members area and all course materials from your account homepage.

If this is your first time accessing your Membership, you will need to create an account before attempting to log in.

How do I add members to my (small/large) group plan?

To add members to your group membership, simply email the name and email address of each additional member to support@nielasher.com.

Our team will create their access and send them instructions on how to set up their account and navigate the NAT Global Campus platform.

Scholarships, Grants, and Financial Aid

Niel Asher Education is committed to making higher and continued professional education accessible and affordable. In addition to our participation in federal and state aid programs, we have granted over 3000 partial and full scholarships.

Students can be considered for any NAT Global Campus scholarship by submitting a single application.

Students who apply will be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible. Some scholarships are given based on the requested criteria of a sponsor or co-donor such as students’ specific needs, geography, or academic and military statuses. 

All scholarships are awarded at the sole discretion of Niel Asher Education.

How do I manage payment for my membership plan?

To manage your membership payment details, log in and go to your Account Page. On the left-hand toolbar, select the “Manage Membership” tab.

From there, you can update billing information or make changes to your membership plan.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply on orders under US$75.00 and will be added for you to approve at checkout.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

You may be charged customs duties or import taxes on physical products which we ship to you.

This will depend on the value of the product and destination. Free Gifts may also incur a charge.

Most of our products are shipped from the USA or UK.

You are liable for any import duties that might apply in your country.

My order didn't arrive - what should I do?

We do everything we can to make sure that your order arrives on time or with minimum delay.

We partner with Amazon distribution and all major carriers to ensure the most reliable shipping at the best rates we can achieve.

In most cases it works out just fine but if it doesn't, contact us via this website and we'll always respond within 1 working day.

We'll make sure you receive a replacement item as soon as possible!

Troubleshooting

Can I access my course on a mobile device?

Yes! Our upgraded virtual classroom is fully accessible on PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, so you can study from anywhere. However, for the best viewing and performance, we recommend using a PC, laptop, or tablet when completing your lessons and exams.

Problem viewing or downloading course material

Our virtual classroom platform is robust, reliable and easy to access and use.

If you’re experiencing issues viewing videos or downloading materials, we recommend first clearing your browser’s cookies and cache, checking your internet connection, and then refreshing your browser or restarting your computer.

All workbook materials can be found in the Workbook Module tab of your course. Beneath the workbook viewer, you’ll see icons that allow you to print or download the workbook directly to your device. You’re welcome to print your workbook at home if you prefer to learn from a physical copy.
