About Mitch Hauschildt

Mitch Hauschildt, MA, ATC, CSCS, MDNc, serves as the Prevention, Rehab, and Physical Performance Coordinator at Missouri State University, where he leads injury prevention and rehabilitation across all 17 varsity sports.

He oversees sports medicine for the women’s track and field and cross-country teams. His broad collegiate experience also includes working as a strength and conditioning coach for basketball and volleyball and as an athletic trainer for the baseball team.

Mitch’s specialist interests include functional movement, biomechanics, and metabolics. This combination informs a practical approach to rehabilitation that connects movement quality, physical preparation, and progressive return to performance.

He is the founder and president of Maximum Training Solutions, LLC, helping coaches, trainers, therapists, health professionals, and athletes reach their full potential. Mitch is also the Lead Instructor for RockTape.
