In some countries including US, UK, AUS, CAN, EU, your course text will be delivered within 3 days by Amazon distribution services. We will always use Amazon where available.
In all other cases your item will be shipped direct from our distribution facilities in Pennsylvania (USA) and London (UK).
Shipping and Returns
Digital Products
Digital products are sent by email at the time of ordering. Please check for the email containing a link after you have placed your order - in some cases it may go to your Spam folder.
When you click on the link it will enable you to download your pdfs and access information for your purchase. If the email hasn't arrived within 10 minutes of placing your order, please get in touch with us at support@nielasher.com.
Kindle Products
We are only able to offer Kindle products to customers who are based in the US.
Standard & Expedited Shipping
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:
Due to the current situation, shipping within the US is taking considerably longer than normal. We are also temporarily unable to ship the "Print Edition" of courses outside of the US . We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to resume our normal shipping ASAP!
We ship all products from our warehouse stores in Pennsylvania, USA, or London, UK.
Shipping is free for all orders over US$50 value.
Most of our products will take 7-10 business days to arrive (and many much less!). However there are a few products that may take up to 4 weeks depending on their destination.

Worldwide Shipping
We are able to ship to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified within 48 hours (usually sooner!) and your order will be automatically refunded.
Some products may be subject to customs duty/VAT on arrival.
Currently we are unable to ship to South Africa and India.
Returns
All products must be returned unused in the original packaging. Please see instructions within the delivery note that accompanies your package.
