Shipping and Returns

Getting it quickly to you matters to us

Speedy Shipping Now Available Through Our Amazon Fulfilment Partnership

In some countries including US, UK, AUS, CAN, EU, your course text will be delivered within 3 days by Amazon distribution services. We will always use Amazon where available.

In all other cases your item will be shipped direct from our distribution facilities in Pennsylvania (USA) and London (UK).

Digital Products

Digital products are sent by email at the time of ordering.  Please check for the email containing a link after you have placed your order - in some cases it may go to your Spam folder. 

When you click on the link it will enable you to download your pdfs and access information for your purchase.  If the email hasn't arrived within 10 minutes of placing your order, please get in touch with us here 

kindle editions

We are only able to offer Kindle products to customers who are based in the US.

Standard & Expedited Shipping

We ship all products from our warehouse stores in Pennsylvania, USA, or London, UK, or locally to you via Amazon distrubution services, where possible.

Shipping is free for all orders over US$75 value.

Most of our products will take 7-10 business days to arrive (and many much less!). However there are a few products that may take up to 14 days depending on their destination.

International Shipping

We are able to ship to most countries.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified within 48 hours (usually sooner!) and your order will be automatically refunded.

Some products may be subject to customs duty/VAT on arrival.

Currently we are unable to ship to South Africa and India.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, you must do so within 30 days.  All products must be returned unused in the original packaging. Please see instructions within the delivery note that accompanies your package.

We take our commitment to customer support very seriously. If you're not happy, then we're not happy.

Most of the items that we ship will arrive in perfect condition and in a timely manner. We do everything we can to ensure that is the case.

Sometimes things do go wrong. If they do, we'll always make it our #1 priority to put things right.
