How group licenses work

From course selection to learner access in four steps.

No separate group catalogue is required. Start with the course you want your team to study and purchase the number of licenses you need.

    Choose the course

    Visit any online course page and select the course that is right for your team, clinic, practice or organisation.

  2. 02

    Select the quantity

    Set the product quantity to the total number of licenses required, then complete checkout as normal.

  3. 03

    Open your account

    After purchase, sign in to the purchaser's customer account and open the license-management tools provided for that course.

  4. 04

    Allocate by email

    Add one learner email address for each license. The purchaser may allocate a license to themselves, but is not required to do so.

The purchaser chooses a quantity of four on the course page and completes checkout. Once the licenses appear in their account, they can allocate them in either of these ways:

Option A Assign all four licenses to four colleagues.
Option B Assign one license to themselves and three to colleagues.

  • Does not control or reassign the organisation's other licenses

  • Choose the correct course. Review its content, suitability and continuing-education information.
  • Confirm the number of learners. The quantity purchased determines how many licenses can be allocated.
  • Use the manager's account at checkout. This purchaser will receive the tools used to manage the licenses.
  • Check every learner email carefully. Accurate email addresses help ensure access reaches the intended person.

Can we buy multiple licenses for any online course?

Yes. Open the course you want your group to study and set the quantity to the number of licenses required before adding it to your cart.

Does the purchaser automatically receive a course license?

No. The purchaser becomes the course manager. They may assign one of the purchased licenses to their own email address, or allocate every license to other learners.

How are licenses allocated?

The course manager signs in to their customer account and uses the license-management tools to add one learner email address per license.

How long does each learner have access?

Each assigned course license includes lifetime access while the learner's allocation remains active.

Can a removed license be given to somebody else?

No. When the course manager removes an assigned email address, that license is permanently consumed and cannot be reallocated.
