Prenatal Myth Buster

5 Hours CE/CPD | On-Demand Webinar Course with Karry Wolf Anderson

Develop a confident, empowering, and informed approach to prenatal massage and care—without relying on outdated fear-based assumptions.

Prenatal Myth Buster: A Non-Fear-Based Approach to Prenatal Massage and Care is a three-part on-demand webinar course that examines persistent pregnancy-massage myths and replaces confusion with current evidence, sound clinical reasoning, and practical skills.

Presented by Karry Wolf Anderson, LMT, BCTMB, Certified Doula, the course helps massage therapists and bodyworkers use positioning, pressure, draping, communication, and professional decision-making to provide safe, nurturing care within their scope of practice.

Course Overview

Many therapists remain hesitant about prenatal work because contraindications and cautions have sometimes been repeated without sufficient context. This course explores what current evidence supports, where appropriate caution remains essential, and how therapists can make thoughtful decisions without allowing fear to replace professional judgement.

Whether you are new to prenatal massage or already experienced, the recorded training is designed to strengthen confidence, communication, practical application, and the ability to support pregnant clients with compassion and skill.
