So your task for this week is to do these interviews.
Write lots of notes – and do an audio recording if possible. You should always ask your client if it’s OK to record the interview.
Go ahead and assure them that the recording will be 100% confidential. I find that most people forget after the first few minutes that they’re being recorded.
In the box below (download), write down your five best clients, and commit to calling them to schedule an interview this week, or as soon as possible.
