BUILD ON THE FOUNDATIONS

Move from individual points toward purposeful session planning.

Level 2 continues the learning introduced in Fundamentals of Equine Acupressure — Level 1. Nancy Zidonis and Amy Snow take you further into the practical application of acupressure, helping you connect observation, meridian knowledge and point selection with the needs and responses of the individual horse.

Professionally filmed instruction and real-horse demonstrations make the material clear and usable. You will see how points are located, how pressure and contact can be adapted, and how individual points and point combinations can be incorporated into a calm, considered session.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Broaden your understanding and refine your hands-on approach.

  • Review important meridian pathways and their relationship to the equine body.
  • Locate and apply key acupoints used to support musculoskeletal and wider systemic balance.
  • Combine points thoughtfully in response to observation, palpation and the horse’s presentation.
  • Recognize posture, movement and behavioural feedback that may help guide an acupressure session.
  • Adapt pressure, pace and positioning to protect safety and support the horse’s comfort.
  • Structure an equine acupressure session from initial observation through treatment and after-care considerations.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION

Learn with real horses in real-world settings.

The course demonstrations allow you to observe the details that matter: practitioner position, quality of contact, point location, variations in pressure and the subtle responses that can help inform what happens next.

The emphasis is not on applying a rigid sequence to every horse. It is on developing a thoughtful framework that helps you work calmly, observe carefully and make appropriate choices within your experience and scope.
