01 / Who we are

Small team.
Plenty of room.

We’re an online education business helping people become more confident and capable in manual therapy.

Our team works remotely, using clear systems built around Shopify, Wistia and ChatGPT/Codex. Everyone has defined responsibilities—and the freedom to spot opportunities, solve problems and grow beyond them.

You don’t need to know every platform on day one. You do need to communicate well, learn quickly, take ownership and care about the details.

02 / Where you might help

We recruit people,
not job titles.

The right person may contribute across several parts of the business. These are the areas where we need more good thinking and capable hands.

01

Customer care

Warm, thoughtful help for learners before, during and after their course.

02

Operations

Reliable administration, clearer systems and the instinct to make work flow better.

03

Courses

Research, structure and support that turn expertise into excellent learning.

04

Content

Useful writing, video and communication that earns attention and trust.

03 / What matters here

Good judgement.
Genuine interest.
No passengers.

  • You write and communicate clearly
  • You work independently—and keep others informed
  • You follow systems, then help improve them
  • New software doesn’t intimidate you
  • You use AI thoughtfully, never blindly
  • Manual therapy genuinely interests you

04 / Show us how you think

Choose one.
Take one hour.

A CV can’t show us everything. Choose the mini-project that plays to your strengths. We’re interested in your thinking, not free production work.

AI is welcome. Tell us how you used it, and what you checked or changed yourself.
