Kelly Saxton, CAT, is an experienced athletic trainer and rehabilitation professional with a strong background in high-level sport.

As athletic trainer with Penn State women’s soccer and swimming teams, Kelly was part of three national championship-winning programs, gaining extensive practical experience in athlete care, performance support, rehabilitation, and joint health.

Her teaching reflects a practical, field-tested approach developed through years of working with elite athletes, making complex rehabilitation concepts accessible, structured, and applicable for professional practice.
