Learning to work with Psoas
The psoas is the only muscle in the human organism that connects the upper body to the lower body, and its importance extends to the nerve complex and energy systems.
Located deep within the anterior hip joint and lower spine, the psoas is critical for optimal postural alignment, movement, and overall well being.
As modern-day populations grow more sedentary, psoas-related lower back and hip pain, and the ailment of "sitting too much," are on the rise. Even the most active of athletes can suffer from psoas imbalance and pain.
In this new post grad/CE course, Dr Beth Wagner PT demonstrates how to keep the muscle in balance through specific exercises designed to strengthen and utilize this amazing muscle, and presents its vital role in the emotional and spiritual state of the human being.
About the Presenter
Dr Elizabeth Wagner DPT PT earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Puget Sound. She has also earned a certificate of competency in vestibular rehabilitation and is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy.

Great and easy to understand classes
Very easy to down load the classes. The information is easy to follow. It’s great being able to read about techniques the. Watch videos demonstrating the techniques. I also love how there are occasionally updates to past purchases at no additional charge. I couldn’t be happier.
The courses are very informative and great practical video tutorials. I had some minor issues with the ebooks and in one it had imbedded links that wouldn’t open but otherwise I’d recommend NAT to colleagues.
