Here is how you access the courses in the Member's Virtual Classroom;

First of all we recommend using Chrome as your browser if you don't already.  

If you haven't created a store account then you will need to do this first by clicking on "Create an Account" using the email address that you used to sign up for the Education Membership.  If you already have a store account then sign in to our store at the top right of the page using your email and password (assuming that is the same email address used to sign up for the Education Membership).  The email that you used to purchase your Education Membership must be the same as the one you use to login to our store and vice versa.

Once you have successfully signed in, you can then access the virtual classroom via "MEMBER ACCESS" which can be found under the "MEMBERS" tab on our store.

You will find all of the courses as you scroll down the page in the Member's Virtual Classroom

In order to benefit from the offer you need to place at least two courses in your cart and the cheaper of the two will then be discounted 100%.

If you wish to gift the second, free course to someone else, please send the full name and email address of the person you wish to gift the course to so that we can send them access information and add their details to our system so that they may take the exam.

Yes! So long as you select the correct exam for the CEU accreditation you need.  For example, if you need CEUs from the NCBTMB, make sure you select the NCBTMB version of the exam.

The digital edition of a course includes lifetime access to all of the course material via our virtual classroom (course text, video tutorials where applicable and online exam and certification). The course text may be downloaded and printed locally and in most cases the video material may be downloaded too.  When the course is reviewed and upgraded, you will benefit from any updated or additional material as this will be available through the virtual classroom.

The print edition of a course includes everything you receive with the digital edition and we will send you the main course text in print.  We do not send DVDs of the video tutorials.

There is no time limit on the completion of any of our courses.

Choose the accreditation that you require and then select the course that you have completed. Click on the link to access the reflective learning exam. You will need your order number and email address used to order the course, to take an exam.

The pass mark for every exam (unless stated otherwise) is 70%.

Upon successful completion of your exam, you will receive your results and certificate immediately.  You may download and print your certificate locally.

Having a customer account will enable you to make future purchases more easily as it will retain your personal details (not payment details).  It will also allow you to view any purchases you have made and retrieve the links to your course login information.
