Leaning Heel Back Calf Stretch
Technique:
- Stand with one leg far in front of the other and lean forwards against a wall
- Keep the back heel flat on the floor with knee locked
- Bend the front leg to lean forwards and keep the back leg straight
- Hold for between 10 and 30 seconds
How Often?
Repeat three times, twice daily
