• Coloque la mano sobre la oreja, con el codo aún mirando hacia adelante.
• Tire suavemente del codo hacia la pared hasta que sienta que ha llegado al
final
• Puede sentir un buen estiramiento, dolor o incluso algunos pinchazos u hormigueo,
que se espera
• Llevar el codo hacia delante de nuevo
• Baja el brazo
