Técnica:
- Arrodillarse en el suelo
- Alcanzar hacia adelante con las manos
- Deje que su cabeza caiga hacia adelante mientras se inclina
- Empuje sus nalgas hacia sus pies
Músculos primarios: dorsal ancho.
Músculos secundarios: redondo mayor. Serrato anterior.
Lesión donde el estiramiento puede ser útil: Esguince muscular en la parte baja de la espalda. Esguince de ligamento lumbar. Síndrome de estiramiento del nervio cervical. Bursitis de hombro.
Nota: Use sus manos y dedos para extender sus brazos hacia adelante. Asegúrate de no levantar los pies.
