Técnica:
• Acuéstese boca abajo
• Acerque las manos a los hombros
• Esperar
• Empuje su cuerpo hacia arriba con los brazos manteniendo las caderas en el terrestre
Músculos primarios: Intercostales externos e internos. Oblicuos externos e internos. Transverso del abdomen. Recto abdominal.
Músculos secundarios: Psoas mayor y menor. ilíaco.
Lesión donde el estiramiento puede ser útil: Esguince de los músculos abdominales. Distensión del flexor de la cadera. Tendinitis del iliopsoas.
Nota: Para aquellos que pasan la mayor parte del día sentados, como los oficinistas o los conductores, los músculos de la parte delantera del cuerpo pueden volverse inflexibles y extremadamente tensos. Cuando realice este estiramiento por primera vez, tenga cuidado y descanse entre cada repetición.
