Técnica
• Asuma la posición postural correcta y levante suavemente la parte posterior de la cabeza
- Pon tu mano en tu mejilla derecha
- Sin mover la cabeza, gire los ojos hacia la derecha y suavemente empuje su cabeza entre sus manos como si mirara por encima de su hombro
Mientras realiza este ejercicio, no se produce ningún movimiento real.
Haga los ejercicios suave y suavemente e intente usar solo el 10-20% de su esfuerzo máximo.
¿Con qué frecuencia?
Mantenga durante 5 segundos y repita 10 veces en cada lado, dos veces al día
