Técnica:
Este ejercicio es importante porque ayuda a mantener flexible la escápula.
• Coloque una toalla detrás de su espalda
• Sosténgalo en diagonal con un brazo en la parte superior detrás de su hombro y el otro brazo agarrando la parte inferior de tu cintura
• Flexione el codo hacia abajo y tire con el brazo inferior
• No mantenga el estiramiento: moverse hacia arriba y hacia abajo es clave, dándole un buen tramo
¿Con qué frecuencia?
Repita 10 veces en cada lado, dos veces al día
