Técnica:
- Siéntate en el suelo con las piernas extendidas
- Gira de lado y apóyate en tu mano.
- Levante la pierna opuesta y colóquela frente a la otra rodilla.
- Empuje su cuerpo hacia arriba con su brazo, pero asegúrese de mantener su cadera el terreno
Músculos primarios: Tensor de la fascia lata. Glúteo medio y menor.
Músculos secundarios: sartorio. Cuadrado lumbar.
Lesión donde el estiramiento puede ser útil: bursitis trocantérica. Síndrome de la banda iliotibial.
Nota: Para aumentar la intensidad de este estiramiento, aleje la mano de su cuerpo y bájese hacia el suelo.
