Técnica:
Usar; Cinta KT, Kinezio o Kinesiología
- Comience con la cinta aplicada en el área del talón del pie en una posición relajada de 90 grados.
- Tire de la cinta verticalmente sobre el tendón de Aquiles con una tensión mínima o nula
- Continúe tirando hacia arriba y separe la cinta de 4 a 8 pulgadas por encima el punto de anclaje de Aquiles en el hueso del talón (calcáneo)
- Tire suavemente de las piezas separadas hacia el interior y el exterior de la pantorrilla
- Masajee la cinta ligeramente durante 30-60 segundos.
¿Con qué frecuencia?
Debe ser grabado durante 7 días. Vuelva a aplicar si la cinta se despega antes de eso.
