Across the recorded sessions, Dr. McMillen demonstrates positional and movement assessment, 360-degree breathing, external soft-tissue techniques, manual therapy applications, and corrective exercise strategies involving the glutes, core, and hips.

Session 2: Assessment and Treatment Techniques Posture, gait, positional assessment, breathing, soft-tissue methods, manual therapy, and corrective exercise.
Session 3: Clinical Discussion and Q&A Recorded practitioner questions, challenging cases, and clarification of assessment and treatment concepts.

About the Instructor
