Jonathan Kuttner MD
Ursprünglich aus Kapstadt, Südafrika, zog Dr. Jonathan Kuttner (MBBCH, Dip Sports Med, Dip MSM, FRNZCGP, FAFMM) vor 35 Jahren nach Neuseeland und arbeitete ursprünglich in der Familienmedizin.
Als aktiver Sportler und Kampfsportler konzentrierte sich Jonathan schnell auf die Sportmedizin, ein Gebiet, um das herum er eine geschäftige Praxis aufbaute.
Chronischer Schmerz
Nach einem Drachenfliegerunfall, den er glücklicherweise überlebte (er kam nur mit einem gebrochenen Schlüsselbein und einer ausgerenkten Schulter davon), verbrachte Jonathan die nächsten sechs Jahre damit, unter Langzeitsymptomen zu leiden, darunter chronische Rückenschmerzen und Ischias .
Dies führte dazu, dass Jonathan tiefer denn je die Ursachen und Behandlungen von chronischen Schmerzen des Bewegungsapparates untersuchte, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf physikalischer Medizin und sogenannten "alternativen" manuellen Therapien.
Triggerpunkt-Therapie
In den Jahren seit seinem Drachenflugunfall hat sich Jonathan als einer der weltweit führenden Lehrer für Triggerpunkt-Therapietechniken, einschließlich Dry Needling, etabliert. Er ist außerdem Autor zahlreicher Bücher und Aufsätze zum Thema Behandlung und Umgang mit chronischen Schmerzen.

Im Jahr 2014 erhielt Jonathan den David G. Simmons Award von der NAMTPT für seinen lebenslangen Beitrag zur Ausbildung in der Triggerpunkttherapie.

Does each learner receive a separate account? +
Yes. Each practitioner receives their own account so their course activity, assessments and certificates remain individual.
How do I add the other learners? +
After signup, send each learner’s name and email address to support@nielasher.com. Our team will arrange their access and provide the necessary onboarding instructions.
When will I be charged? +
The plan includes a 7-day free trial. The monthly membership fee is charged after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Are all courses approved for every learner? +
Course approvals differ by profession, approving body and region. Each learner should check the course page or CE Finder against their own requirements.
