Difficulty Accessing Courses

If you have a store account with us and are having difficulty accessing the courses in the Member's Virtual Classroom, please try the following;

1.  Switch to Google Chrome as your browser

2.  Clear your browsing history

3.  Sign in to our store using the email address that you used to subscribe to our Education Membership Plan

4.  Under  the "Members" tab, click on "Member Access"

5.  Read the "Disclaimer and Warning Notice" and click on "Agree and Enter" at the end of the page

6.  Select the course you wish to complete by clicking on its title

Difficulty Accessing Courses

If you do not have a store account with us and are having difficulty accessing the courses in the Member's Virtual Classroom, please try the following;

1.  Switch to Google Chrome as your browser

2.  Clear your browsing history

3.  Create a store account by clicking on the "Create an Account" tab and fill in all of the details required.  Please ensure you use the same email address that you used to subscribe to our Education Membership Plan

3.  Stay logged in

4.  Under  the "Members" tab, click on "Member Access"

5.  Read the "Disclaimer and Warning Notice" and click on "Agree and Enter" at the end of the page

6.  Select the course you wish to complete by clicking on its title.

Difficulty Accessing Courses

If you are having difficulty accessing your course(s) in our Virtual Classroom , please try the following;

1.  Make sure you have the pdf that we sent to you when your ordered with your login link and passcode available.  (If you cannot find the pdf, please let us know and we will resend it to you)

2.  Switch to Google Chrome as your browser

3.  Clear your browsing history

4.  If you have “logged in” to our store with your email using the “Sign In” at the top right of our store screen, please logout now

5.  Open the pdf that we sent to you when your ordered with your login link and passcode 

6.  Click on the link on the pdf and then enter your passcode when prompted.  You must enter the passcode EXACTLY as shown!

5.  Read the "Disclaimer and Warning Notice" and click on "Agree and Enter" at the end of the page
