Reposicionamiento del hombro
Técnica;
Este es originalmente un ejercicio de técnica Alexander que es excelente para restablecer la posición del hombro. Esto es bueno para hacer todos los días:
• Coloque un edredón o una toalla gruesa en el suelo y acuéstese boca arriba. Coloque almohadas debajo de ambos codos y antebrazos. Descanse las manos sobre su estómago, con la palma hacia abajo (si eso no es posible, simplemente descanse los brazos sobre la almohada).
• Permanezca en esta posición durante veinte minutos. (Escuchar la radio).
