Terms and Conditions for Certificate Issuance

By applying for and/or downloading a certificate of completion for any course or examination provided by our organization, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Professional Qualification Requirement
Our courses, certificate programs, and diploma programs are designed exclusively for trained and qualified massage therapists, manual therapists, and other licensed healthcare professionals. By participating in these courses and requesting a certificate, you affirm that you are appropriately trained, certified, or licensed to practice in your respective field and jurisdiction.

  2. No License to Practice
The certificates issued by us do not constitute a license or legal authorization to practice massage, manual therapy, or any healthcare modality. They are a recognition of course completion only and do not confer any legal right to practice in any country, state, or territory.

  3. Legal Responsibility and Scope of Practice
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of any technique or knowledge gained from our courses complies with the laws, regulations, and professional scope of practice that apply in your jurisdiction. You must only apply the techniques taught in these courses if you are legally permitted and properly qualified to do so.

  4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our organization, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your misuse or misapplication of any information, technique, or practice taught in our courses.

  5. Use of Certificates
You may display your certificate of completion as evidence of continuing education only. It must not be used to suggest accreditation, licensing, or legal endorsement beyond course completion.

  6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in our courses or use of our certificates implies acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
