Técnica:
- Párese erguido con los pies separados al ancho de los hombros
- Coloque una mano en la cadera y extienda el otro brazo
- Extiende tu brazo por encima de tu cabeza
- Inclínate lentamente hacia un lado
- Evite inclinarse hacia adelante
Músculos primarios: Cuadrado lumbar. Oblicuos externos e internos. dorsal ancho.
Músculos secundarios: redondo menor. Iliocostal lumbar. Intertransversarii. Rotatores. multífido.
Lesión donde el estiramiento puede ser útil: Esguince muscular en la parte baja de la espalda. Esguince de ligamento lumbar. Distensión de los músculos abdominales (oblicuos).
Nota: concéntrese en mantener recta la parte superior del cuerpo durante este estiramiento. Evite inclinarse hacia adelante o hacia atrás.
