Dr. Ohlson is a distinguished and respected figure in the field of performance psychology. Until his recent retirement, he served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Performance Psychology Services at Penn State University. He was also an Associate Professor in Penn State's Department of Education Policy Studies, where he continues to teach as an affiliate faculty member. Before his tenure at Penn State, Dr. Ohlson dedicated his career to the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel and serving as an Associate Professor and the Director of the Center for Enhanced Performance at the United States Military Academy, West Point.

As a frequent speaker and advisor on the application of sport psychology and student development strategies, Dr. Ohlson is a valuable contributor to various think tanks and committees. He is a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, and serves on the Education Committee within the B1G Mental Health and Wellness Cabinet. Additionally, Dr. Ohlson is a certified instructor with the Professional Ski Instructors of America.

Dani Marks, head of partnerships for Niel Asher Education and host of the Treatment Room Secrets podcast, is a former four-year captain of Penn State Men's Soccer and holds degrees in Political Science and Organizational Leadership. Marks regularly lectures on leadership and mental health in sports.
