How do I place an order in your store?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred item or return for a refund.

What do I receive with the Digital Edition of a course?

The digital edition of a course includes lifetime access to all of the course material (course text, video tutorials where applicable and online exam and certification).

The course text may be downloaded and printed locally and in most cases the video material may be downloaded too. 

When the course is reviewed and upgraded, you will benefit from any updated or additional material.

What do I receive with the Print Edition of a course?

The print edition of a course (where available) includes everything you receive with the digital edition plus we will send you the main course text in print. 

We no longer send DVDs of the video tutorials which can be viewed online or downloaded to any device.

In what currency will I be charged for my order?

In most cases you should be able to pay in your local currency. If necessary, please use the location selector in the header or footer of this website. If your local currency is not displayed, all transactions will be charged in US$.

How do I create a Customer Account?

Exams and Certification

Where do I take my exam?

All exams can be found here.  You can also find your exam in the virtual classroom when you are logged in to your course.

Choose the accreditation that you require and then select the course that you have completed.

Click on the link to access the reflective learning exam.

You will need your order number and email address used to order the course, to take an exam.

To find your order number please refer to the order confirmation email that you received when you made your purchase.

If you can't find your order number, reach out to our customer help team and we'll get it to you in a snip!

What is the pass mark for the exam?

The pass mark for every exam (unless stated otherwise) is 70%.

When do I get my certificate?

Upon successful completion of your exam, you will receive your results and certificate immediately. 

You may download and print your certificate locally.

Will the CEs show on my certificate?

Yes! So long as you select the correct exam for the CE accreditation you need. 

For example, if you need CEUs from the NCBTMB, make sure you select the NCBTMB version of the exam.

How do I accumulate NAT credits?

With every exam that you pass you accumulate NAT credits.

How can I download my course badge(s)?

The NAT badges are useful to let your clients and prospective clients know about the continuing education you complete, and the learned skills that you may offer. You can download your free course badge from the virtual classroom page of your course.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply on orders under US$75.00 and will be added for you to approve at checkout.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

You may be charged customs duties or import taxes on physical products which we ship to you.

This will depend on the value of the product and destination. Free Gifts may also incur a charge.

Most of our products are shipped from the USA or UK.

You are liable for any import duties that might apply in your country.

My order didn't arrive - what should I do?

We do everything we can to make sure that your order arrives on time or with minimum delay.

We partner with Amazon distribution and all major carriers to ensure the most reliable shipping at the best rates we can achieve.

In most cases it works out just fine but if it doesn't, contact us via this website and we'll always respond within 1 working day.

We'll make sure you receive a replacement item as soon as possible!


Where can I find my access codes?

We no longer use passcodes as these have all been replaced with unique URLs - providing our students with "one-click" (sometimes two) easy access.

Your unique URL should be included in the confirmation email when you make a purchase.

If you can't find your unique URL, contact our customer help team and they'll quickly send you a replacement!

Can I access my course on mobile?

Our new upgraded virtual classroom is easy to access on PC, Laptop, Tablet, and Phone.

However, we recommend that you use PC, Laptop or Tablet for optimum performance.

Problem viewing or downloading course material

Our virtual classroom platform is robust, reliable and easy to access and use.

For best performace we recommend viewing in Chrome.

If you continue to experience problems you may need to check your internet connection, or clear your browser history and try again.

What does membership include?

All student membership plans include unlimited access to career boosting education online, with new courses added each month!

Once you have completed the registration process you will be provided with access details which will remain valid throughout your period of membership.

Your membership plan includes full access to all exams, NAT certification and CE/CPD/CPE certification (certificates may be printed).

Members also receive priority support for technical and customer service issues. Additional online support provided by your course instructors and Team NAT education professionals.

Who may apply for membership?

In order to qualify for NAT membership and accreditation, you will need to be certified to practice as a hands-on therapist, physical therapist, or qualifying healthcare worker or exercise professional. This may include the following professions:

Medical Doctor, Nurse, Massage Therapist, Manual Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, PTA, Occupational Therapist, OTA, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Athletic Trainer, Reflexologist, Strength and Conditioning Coach; Yoga Instructor; Pilates Instructor; Personal Trainer.

All plans include unlimited access to all course assets including exams and certification.

How do I access the members area?

If you have an active subscription all you have to do is login to your account at www.nielasher.com

You will be able to easily access the members area and all course materials from your account homepage.

Do I need an account with nielasher.com to access my membership?

Yes. If you don't already have an account you will be prompted to set one up when you purchase your membership.

So long as your membership is active you will be able to access the members area and all course material with your nielasher.com account details.

Do you offer scholarships, grants or financial aid?

Niel Asher Education is committed to making higher and continued professional education accessible and affordable. In addition to our participation in federal and state aid programs, we have granted over 300 partial and full scholarships.

Students can be considered for any NAT Global Campus scholarship by submitting a single application.

Students who apply will be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible. Some scholarships are given based on the requested criteria of a sponsor or co-donor such as students’ specific needs, geography, or academic and military statuses. 

All scholarships are awarded at the sole discretion of Niel Asher Education.
