Are we a good match?
We are currently seeking to expand our team of online educators and mentors for the coming year.
In addition to fulfilling the requirements listed below, you will need to be able to commit up to 20-70 hours a month. You will also need to be passionate about teaching or mentoring, and hopefully experienced and comfortable with working online via video conferencing.
About Niel Asher Education and our background in Natural Alternative Therapies (NAT):
A well known issue with so called "alternative" treatments, especially in the fields of manual therapy, is that too many professionals are taught to work within artificial boundaries. That has always seemed a bit odd to us, and simply wrong.
So many years ago we decided to build an online platform to promote all safe forms of alternative therapy education. For example, where there exists an awesome osteopathic technique that falls within the scope of practice of massage therapists, we want to help make that technique or particular therapeutic approach available to as many massage therapists as possible. If there's a terrific trigger point technique that professional carers can use to help relieve pain for arthritis sufferers, we want to present that technique and make it available to carers everywhere.
Ensuring that our mission becomes reality has always been dependent on us working with great teachers who like ourselves, are modality agnostic (subject always to scope of practice). Today we are proud to present a teaching faculty that includes award winning professionals from around the world, all of whom are recognised experts in their fields. Most importantly, they all have a great desire to teach natural alternative therapies.
If you are interested in joining Team NAT as an online educator or mentor, please refer to the requirements and application form below. We consider all submissions and will usually send an initial response within a few days. If your background and experience matches our current requirements we will request to schedule an introductory Zoom meeting together with one or more of our faculty members. Good luck!
